How fast can we be up and running?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of signing: we provision your platform, load your sites and current projects, and walk your team through the Command Centre.
What counts as a "site"?
An operation or location you want its own portal and roll-up for — e.g. a mine site. Each active site includes its own Customer Portal and unlimited projects. Head office portfolio views are included in the platform fee.
Do our stakeholders need accounts or logins?
No. Access is via secure per-recipient links with one-time email-code verification — nothing to install, no passwords to manage, and access can be revoked per person at any time.
How does meeting capture work?
Upload a meeting transcript (Word, text, VTT and more) and PIP automatically extracts actions, risks, decisions and milestones into the right project — with a review queue so a human approves before anything is published.
What if we don't have a PM to run it?
That's what PIP Managed is for — we run your Command Centre as a service: loading projects, running meeting capture, and keeping dashboards current. You get the intelligence without the overhead.
Is our data secure? Where is it hosted?
Your data is hosted in Australia, isolated per customer, with portal access protected by per-recipient verification. Full details are in our Terms & SLA.
Can we request features?
Yes — and it's built in. Submit and vote on feature requests right inside the platform and watch them move from Under Review to Shipped. Platform improvements roll out to everyone at no extra cost.
